Introduction: Hello, I am the owner Manny Hernandez of Hernandez Design And Construction. We focus in Architectural Design and MEP engineering systems, along with construction services for both residential and commercial. I’ve built 4 houses from the ground up from design drawings submitted to the city for construction. I’ve also worked on 3 home remodels. Commercial buildings that I have helped on are: a daycare gymnasium design with the MEP system along with construction of the Plumbing and Electrical, as well as, two warehouses where we designed the MEP systems along with construction. On home construction we will focus on turnkey options along with specifics on sub work. What ever the owner needs or wants. Currently, I am working with an owner in Corpus Christi with 3D renderings on his Sushi Restaurant to submit drawings to the city.
