Raul and his helper investigated a serious smell issue in my kitchen sink. This company had previously added a whole new water line into the kitchen. They found the old pipe wasn't capped off properly. It had a bunch of stuff stuck in it that made it look like a clogged artery. The previous workers just left it with stuff in it which they covered with foam and propped up the drywall.Raul was very communicative, showing me the pipe, as well as what they found on his tablet. Raul was in constant contact with his supervisor as work progressed. At closing, he thanked me for my business and told me there would be no charge for today as the prior install wasn't completely finished.I was very impressed with Raul for keeping me informed and for being honest about what he found.AAA+!!Karen H.

Before calling Loyalty Plumbing, l read quite a few reviews and they were completely accurate. Derek and Gage came out within 1 1/2 hours of my call. They performed a thorough inspection of the problem leak and ruled out other areas that l didnt even consider. I really appreciated the superior customer service, explanation of repair options, and true honest workmanship! Derreks humor even caused me and my husbands bickering over the plumbing issue to stop. The prices were more than fair and the quality is unbeatable! Derek and Gage even took pictures and video to display the problem. Wow! I cant wait for any one reading this to have this same great experience. Thanks guys and thank you Safina for listening and scheduling this service right away.
