What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give my new customer a hard copy breakdown of our phases and plans to complete the project. Our clients are able to keep that hard copy. With that hard copy our clients are able to see and know the phases and approximately have a understanding of how much time the project will take until completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually taught the trade Plumbing, Carpentry and Electrical for 4 years at a credible Trade school.
