- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we greet a new client in their home, the first thing we do is introduce ourselves and complete a walkthrough reviewing the areas needing to be cleaned. The technician will explain which stains will likely be removed and whether any spots will be more difficult to remove or permanent. He will also provide or confirm the estimate. Then, the technician begins the process of vacuuming, pretreatment, and cleaning.
