We do not believe in bait and switch pricing or hidden fees. What we quote is what you pay, unless you decide to change materials or scope. We offer a range of options to fit different budgets and we are always happy to explain the differences so you can make a confident decision. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a free in home consultation at a time that works best for you. One of our flooring specialists comes to your home with carpet samples, takes precise measurements, and helps you choose the right carpet based on your lifestyle, budget, and design preferences. During the visit, we provide a clear, all in quote on the spot so you know exactly what to expect. Once you decide to move forward, we schedule installation quickly, often within days. On installation day, our professional crew handles furniture moving, removal of old carpet, and installation, followed by a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets our standards. We stay in touch throughout the process and stand behind our work even after the job is complete, making the experience simple, smooth, and stress free from start to finish.
