- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing determine on the situation, If the customer wants their equipment replaced we do offer deals and financing, we try to make sure that our customers are comfortable with our prices and not feel like they had been taken advantage of
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first and foremost we try to make sure that the new customer is comfortable and to earn their trust, our policy is to keep their business and to continue using our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
every month we are taking training classes on new products and refreshing training on existing product and new, also we go over on how we interact with our customer(role playing).
