Chris was very professional during the entire service call. He listened intently as I tried to explain our AC issues. After checking out our system, he explained what the problem was and suggested different options to fix it short term and long term. He went above and beyond to help us fix our AC. He even recommended a plumber to help us with an additional problem we had. I cannot say enough great things about the personalized service he provided. I recommend BICC Approved to all my friends and family.
