If you are passing by wanting answers on whether a good job will be done, look no further. Emil is a great professional at what he does. From the moment i met him to the moment he finished up, he let us know what he was doing and what was happening as a result. He is adept at what he does. A great personality too.
Again when he got here, he got straight to it. Btw, prices from some other pros were going as high as a thousand bucks! He deduced the problem and fixed it in a mere 14 minutes. He correctly found out that the capacitor was bad and replaced it. Who knew such a small thing would leave me in 87 degrees in the house. In addition, he recommended ways to maintain the outside condenser unit and to frequently change filters. This was something i had neglected to do.
Best part of all, Emil is very approachable and answers all your queries to the best he can. I highly recommend him to anyone who’s reading this review.

Everything indicated I had a freon leak even after installing a new HVAC 9 months ago. I called the original installer and came to my house just to not find "any leak". Out of desperation in the middle of Houston's summer I came to the app and reached for help. For my luck, Falcon Property Services reached out to me within 30min and offer a visit for mid-day the same day. By the time they got home, they asked all the pertinent questions and went to the backyard to look at my unit in which, for my surprise, they found (ad fix) not one but two leaks within no more than 3 min in front of it in the main connections to the unit. They tested my system for other leaks (vacuum test) and all seems ok. They also tried to fix other minor issues (that can become leaks later on) on the initial instalation which is highly appreciated. All in all they were on time, patient (it rained while they were at home), professional, knowledgeable (over 37 years of HVAC experience) and educated me along the way; while I don't really have a reference for pricing, I highly recommend FPS for finding leaks and addressing their customer's concerns.
