Finally we found the company with perfect and trustworthy HVAC services! We have requested Zak (PE) from Gimpel Engineering to perform maintenance of our two units. He went above and beyond of our expectations checking the health of the units, fixing the issues and providing great recommendations how to increase the lifespan for both. My AC stopped working, and Zak arrived within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the furnace control board and repaired it on the spot. The service was fast, affordable, and professional. Zak is very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him!

I cant say enough positive things about my experience. Incredibly knowledgeable, very nice, and very fair snd reasonably priced. Zak was able to quickly find the problem with my AC unit, explained what was wrong in a way that I can understand, and fixed it immediately. Will never use anyone else!
