He came quickly which I loved. Very professional and quick. He explained everything he was doing in plain language. There was a thorough check of my air conditioners to explore the problem beyond what I thought problem was. The price was fair, it just that when my wires were repaired, i thought price to splice and tape was a little high. But to replace my capacitor was super reasonable. And he was very quick, and work is guaranteed, which is appreciated. I would call them again.

Thank you Michelle for your feedback, the price for the low voltage repair that was performed is fair for the market range although you feel that you overpaid, we had to make a thorough inspection of the wire, which includes tracing it in attic to ensure no other parts of the wires are damaged so that we may provide you with the warranty.
