- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Begin with a short consultation to ensure we understand any concerns. Ask questions to clarify and to provide direction for the diagnosis. Observe areas such as pets that may be contributing to reduced air quality or system performance Thorough diagnosis of the system, including photos and report showing performance against industry standards and / or manufacturer specs Education on issues discovered Present multiple options from basic fix to ensure safe operation to longer term solutions. No high pressure or needless upsells

General Manager / Comfort Advisor Chris is a Marine Veteran with 10+ years experience. He is a class A HVAC license holder. All technicians are licensed, insured, and experienced in the HVAC field
