A long overdue review after several projects complete including building new computers, repairing and upgrading others, help setting up a network and more last minute repairs. Roland and his team are really good at what they do, reliable and honest. Not just good technicians, but good people. I really don't do reviews but these guys are the real deal and have earned my trust.

Gregg Lloyd was sent to my house because he is a Mac specialist. I have an old mac and couldn't find anyone to help me with a internet connectivity. It didn't take long for Gregg to diagnose and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend his to anyone!

Late in the afternoon I dropped my computer and the screen broke. I turned to thumbtack to get quotes and time it would take to complete. Impress Computers gave me a quote within minutes, and was able to do an expedited service for me. I got my computer back the same day, cheaper than the other quotes. I am very pleased with the workmanship, and customer service at Impress Computers. I thank these guys, and will recommend them over any other in the greater Houston area.

Greg was outstanding and willing to work through a system that was already installed and update it without causing me to replace the entire system. He gave multiple options and was no pressure on making my decision. He worked neatly and professionally to get the job done in a tight time frame. I would definitely use them again.
