- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process will of course start by the original call with introduce myself then will move to what you are looking for like style of door when are you looking to get it installed and to set up a date to come out to measure the door then when I come out to measure if you don’t already have the door then we will discuss options on your door I always leave phone number and have no problem if you need to call me about anything! Through the ordering process I will leave you with the correct Measurements for the door height/width/ jamb size if you would like me to order it for you we can discuss that at that time and we will discuss all Logistics of the process of installing the door and any extra labor will confirm price I’m very up front and honest on everything throw the process

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at a company called patriot sunrooms learned all side of Carpentry siding concrete glazing but I loved and stuck with windows and doors 3 years later I got my first subcontractor job with home depot and went on from there I now have experience and a ton of satisfied customers and all aspects of residential remodeling for doors and windows to full house remodeling kitchen,bathroom,flooring,foundation work, electrical, you name it I can get it done I work with some of the best contractors in the business and there not a lot we cant do so don’t hesitate let’s get you fix up right the first time!!
