- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job we will look at and provide a free quote. We do not carry standard pricing, as each job we look at can be different. We address the needs of the customer and provide a quote based on those needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first contact with a customer is usually a phone call or email to set up a free estimate. Once we arrive at the estimate we ask the customer what they would like done with the work they are doing. We then recommend what we feel their project may need to be done right, and look great. After that we provide a quote based on what the customer is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for almost 17 years. During this process our employees have taken classes, and been provided on the job training to ensure top quality work. We also have great relationships with all our vendors to provide top quality products, and warranties along with those products.
