Fernando was outstanding! At first, I called him to replace a deadbolt and three door knobs. The final door needed further woodworking and tuning because it had previously sustained damage. Fernando gave me a call, showed me the pictures, and described the best way to handle this unforeseen problem. I valued his expertise and attention to detail. I will be using him again in the future.

I was very impressed. I started off being almost shocked- he arrived right on the dot of the time he said. He also kept me informed via texts of his arrival. The work was very professional. I had a door that could not be shut. He analyzed the problems carefully, showed them to me, and explained to me what was needed to fix them. The door now works great; closes very smoothly. Probably better than any other door in the house (20 years old). Very professional. Also had enjoyable and interesting conversation. Will be using him again in the near future.
