Hurricane Harvey destroyed my Houston property. I could not have chosen a better company to help me. My business is real estate investments, so I have experience with a lot of contractors. Rarely do I find a company so honest, professional, timely, & reasonable. This mold remediation job was extremely challenging, with many unforeseen difficulties. Fabricio & his crew never quit, working for days extreme heat with no air conditioning, electricity, bathrooms or water. He kept sending his people over to remedy new problems, way beyond the pricing & scope of his original bid. I would use him on every job I have.

Excellent service! Highly recommended! They performed an air duct cleaning on 3 systems in our house. The staff was very proffessional, on time, organized, and had all the necessary tools for the job. They also went above and beyond to make sure the job was done thoroughly. They spotted issues with our AC maintenance and highlighted it to us so we can raise the issue with our vendor. They provided a wholesome solution at a fair cost with professional technical knowledge. They also provided a technical report after the job including pictures and follow up recommendations. We will be using them in the future for sure.

AdvantaClean Systems, Inc. is a privately held American franchise corporation with over 230 operational franchise territories nationwide providing light environmental services™ including mold remediation, moisture control solutions, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, emergency water removal, and coil cleaning services to residential, commercial, and governmental clients. The company originated in 1994 as a contracting business handling cleanup and repairs in southern Florida after Hurricane Andrew. Following the relocation of company headquarters to Charlotte, NC, the AdvantaClean brand was established. A pilot franchise program was initiated in 2000 and made available to the general public in 2008. Since 2007, the company has been headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina.
