Here’s the revised version with pricing included: He was very responsive and arrived within an hour of my initial message. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the best path forward, and offered options to reduce the risk of electrical fire due to the refrigerator’s amp requirements. His pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. He did excellent work installing the outlet but needed to order a part to finish the job. I paid him upfront, trusting he’d return the next day—and he did. He completed the installation while I was away and followed up to explain everything, including offering support if the surge protector ever has issues. Erick is trustworthy and professional. It’s been about a week since his work was completed and so far everything is working as expected —I’ll definitely use him again for future electrical needs.

I engaged Erick to add a new outlet and to fix a doorbell that wasn't working. Erick was on-time, respected my home, and did a very nice job installing my new outlet. For all this, I rate my experience as 5-star. However, Erick indicated my doorbell was not my problem, but rather the doorbell mechanism needed to be replaced. Erick still charged me the $!50 he quoted for the doorbell repair. When questioned, he said he would come back and install the new doorbell mechanism once I had it. Erick gave me his word he'd be back to finish the work, and as a gentleman, I took Erick at his word. I informed Erick yesterday that I have the mechanism and he responded by saying he would try to get to me this week. I will update this review based upon my experience in having the doorbell mechanism replaced, and both parties honoring their word.
