In short, this company is terrible. They charged almost $500 per unit to replace a simple electrical circuit that costs about $75 in materials. When I questioned why the price was so outrageous, I found out that other companies charge $95 per unit plus a $130 service call. How can it be five times more expensive? But they kept giving excuses—saying their circuits are “smart,” come with a warranty, and other nonsense. They insisted that they've been charging this price for two years and claimed it’s the “market rate.” Then they kept repeating, “You agreed to the price and signed the quote,” over and over. Just be careful with this company. They’re not honest.
