- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give clear, upfront pricing before any work begins. No surprises and no hidden fees. We'll assess the job, explain exactly what it involves, and quote you before we start. We believe in honest, fair pricing for safe, code-compliant work, and we're happy to walk you through the estimate so you know what you're paying for and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation about what you need. We run a safety inspection and assess the job in person, give you a clear quote, and once you're comfortable, we schedule the work. We show up on time, keep the space clean, and test everything to code before the job's done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a licensed Texas electrical contractor (TDLR #41508). Every technician on our team is licensed, and all our work meets current National Electrical Code and Texas standards.
