Former sports photojournalist with over 30 years of experience capturing the decisive moment—real emotions, fast action, and unscripted scenes that happen only once. Before moving to the United States, I spent decades photographing sports competitions, live events, and people in motion. That experience trained me to anticipate action and capture powerful, authentic moments—whether it’s a wedding, sports event, family gathering, corporate function, or live performance. I specialize in candid photography rather than stiff poses. Natural expressions, genuine emotions, and meaningful interactions are what make photographs truly memorable. The more dynamic and challenging the moment is, the better I perform behind the camera. I work with a 60-megapixel professional camera and a full range of professional lenses (12-24, 24-70, 70-200, and 200-600), allowing me to capture everything from intimate portraits to fast sports action with exceptional detail and timing. As a retired sports photojournalist who recently immigrated to the United States, I’m now building my photography business in the Houston area. During this stage, I’m happy to offer high-quality photography at very reasonable rates while building relationships with local clients. While my spoken English may not always be perfect, photography is a universal language. My experience, timing, and ability to capture meaningful moments speak through the images themselves. I’m also happy to collaborate with other photographers or studios, assist with larger events, and support photography teams when needed. Based in Katy and serving the Greater Houston area, I provide on-site photography for sports events, weddings, family celebrations, portraits, and live activities.
