I hired JTM media for my wedding in October. From beginning to end Tiffany was fantastic. They're a husband and wife team but I dealt with Tiffany throughout the entire process. Their rates are very reasonable and their service was outstanding. Tiffany was very accommodating and gave me very good suggestions when I wasn't quite sure of the direction that I wanted to go. The engagement photos were great and I can't wait to see all the beautiful wedding shots and the video. I recommend JTM for your photography needs. So much so, I'm using them again for family Christmas pictures.

JTM did an amazing job with our wedding. We went with the Videography and photography. They showed up ready to work. Took awesome photos very patient and had lots of ideas. We absolutely loved our highlight video and we also had plenty of edit photos. Beyond the amount we expected and they all turned out awesome Tiffany really captured some great shots. And her husband recorded some great memories from awesome angels. Tiffany even went above and beyond her job duties and helped one of the brides lace her dress. We appreciate their professionalism and talent. We would recommend them to anyone looking for amazing memories to be capture for an affordable price. JTM is who you should hire.

I only had 10 months to plan my wedding. I had difficulty finding a photographer and videographer separately, so I turned to Thumbtack for assistance. Thankfully I ran across this husband & wife duo! Not only did they offer an affordable package (day of photography + videography), they also included our engagement shoot!
On the day of, it seemed they were everywhere! And were flexible and accommodating after a cold front derailed our outside bridal pics. They needed little instruction and caught a number of candid shots I'm really grateful for. Roughy two weeks after the wedding we received the YouTube teaser and digital images. With the official wedding video coming the same week.
Throughout the entire (stressful) experience, JTM was by far one of my favorite and easiest vendors to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Life has been crazy since the wedding, but Tiffany was responsive and worked with to capture our Nigerian Wedding. Having two weddings in one day was intense, but working with her was smooth and effortless. If you need a small team to capture an event, that will meet your needs and follow up with your, then Tiffany and her team is a great choice!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge based around the clients wants and try my best to offer something for everyone's budget. I do have standard pricing but realize that nothing is one size fits all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss key details by phone or meet in person to go over my services. It breaks the ice and allows us to openly discuss expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both JTM Media employees have taken photo/video courses and continue to take steps towards advancing their skills and knowledge.
