- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is a different Depending on what services you want and how long you want them Will to pick the outcome of fees. I have a basic fee but it is not hard core written in stone I can be flexible depending on the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the first initial correspondence we figure out if we are right for each other.Once that’s established and all questions and answers are taken care of I will call them A week or two prior to event and let them know that I look forward to their event and will see them on the date and time we agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 25+ years of working with small children definitely gives me advantage. Kids are like animals they know when you are genuinely Happy to interact with them and can do it on their level. This gains or trust and confidence and allows them to enjoy their party. I’ve also attended several paint jams and I am continuously looking to challenge myself as far as paint designs go.
