I hired Jesus Reyes (JR) to build a custom integrated patio cover for me. I was a challenge because the area being covered was not square and it had to be attached to a angled detached garage. This meant all the framing and trim had to be cut a specific angles in order to fit properly and make a seamless integration with the existing roof structure. Jesus stayed on it through several modifications during the construction process. He was patient, responsive and dependable meaning he showed up when he said he would. We worked through many challenges with great success. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome and have recommended Jesus to several friends and neighbors. See attached pictures.

I hired JR Roofing to build a patio cover. He did terrible work. He said he would show up with a big crew and finish in 3 days. He showed up with only one person the first 2 days and only worked a few hours. We agreed I would pay 1/2 when the materials were delivered. He wanted that payment after he only delivered the posts. I scheduled the work in April when there was 2 weeks of perfect cool weather. He left my soffit off over the rear door and didn't even have the roof completed on the framing during the torrential rains in May. The framing is way off. The nailing looked like a 10 year old did it. 1/2 the nails didn't connect to anything. I told him I wanted the framing lag bolted to the posts. He didn't notch the posts. He sat the framing on top the posts and toe nailed it. He did not lag bolt it. I fired him. He owe me money. I hired someone to fix this project.
