- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. For regular customers or larger jobs, I can offer discounts. Also, I’m always open to working out the price — if something doesn’t fit your budget, feel free to message me directly. We can talk and come to an agreement that works for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking questions to understand the scope of the project. If needed, I can come to take a look before we agree on a price. Once we agree, I show up on time, do the work with care, and make sure the customer is happy before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical degree from the Azerbaijan Oil Academy and over 20 years of practical experience working with heavy machinery, maintenance tools, and home systems. My experience in oil and gas gave me a strong foundation in safety and precision.
