Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the project. Estimates are always free, and I offer fair, competitive rates. Larger projects can be paid in stages — typically 50% to start, and the balance upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I visit the property or review photos to understand the scope. Then I provide a clear written estimate, discuss materials, and schedule the work. I keep communication open throughout the project to make sure everything goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed professional training in construction management and have over 18 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, including plumbing, flooring, framing, and finish carpentry.
