- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do monthly discounts specials, as well as discounts for referrals to friends and new clients! For weddings I will ask for a $50 deposit that will go towards the cost of service to lock in your date, however it is not refundable. I will charge a small travel fee if I am required to travel to a venue 20 or more miles from my location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultations come first! It’s important to have a plan of action when executing any hair service. Learning your clients hair history, texture and hair goals is the first step to achieving a great service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Texas and I graduated from the Paul Mitchell School of Houston.
