I specifically asked that this job requires 24-26 feet ladder but he showed up with a 8/10 feet stepping ladder. When I showed him the job he mentioned that he has a long ladder and will come back in another van. But he never responded back to my text for 3-4 hours. At last he replied stating that he doesn’t have the long ladder. My frustration is that communication must be crystal clear as it frustrates everyone and if you cannot do the job for some reason then just say no so that other person can organize something else
