Punctual, polite, and well versed at his trade. Chris made numerous trips to the hardware store when a simple job uncovered some funny methods used to previously install the old sink and bathroom fan that he replaced in order to get the job done correctly and on budget. I would certainly hire him again.

Chris removed an old attic ladder and installed a new one. The install was solid and the work was reasonably priced. The cleanup was thorough and he made it a point to say that his work was guaranteed. Just what you'd want from a carpenter.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to their needs and fully understand their budget and offer exactly within their price range. I will also show first the correct way of doing the job even it is beyond what the customer expected to pay. Why you ask? Well because when it comes to safety and longevity of the work, I need to make sure the customer knows if done correctly they will have piece of mind. If we cut corners, it may lead to problems down the road. Armed with all options, the customer can now make he best decisions for their circumstances.
