Tito was great to work with. Inspected my chimney, showed me exactly what needed attention, and explained the repair options without trying to upsell me. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and communication was solid from start to finish. I’d definitely use them again for chimney or fireplace work! Thank you so much!

New outfit in town but he has worked at and with a few of the longer standing “popular” chimney places, so he knows their tricks. Lighthouse provided all the pics I needed to see what the issues are and laid out next steps straight to the point. I now have complete peace of mind that as a homeowner I am taken care of. My chimney and fire place are safe.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so pricing depends on the actual scope of work. I like to understand the project first—what needs to be done, the condition of the area, materials, access, and any repairs involved—before giving a price. Once I have the right information, I’ll give you a clear quote and explain exactly what’s included before any work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is an on-site assessment to get a clear idea of what you need done. I’ll ask a few questions, take a look at the problem areas, and review any photos or details that help explain what’s going on. From there, I’ll walk you through what I found, explain the options, give you a clear scope and price, and schedule the work. Once I’m on the job, I keep communication straightforward, do the work properly, clean up, and make sure everything is finished the way we discussed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has been hands-on, working in residential construction, repairs. I’ve worked with chimney and fireplace systems, leak diagnostics, siding and exterior repairs, carpentry, tear-down and build-back work, and general home repairs. A big part of my experience is being able to look at a problem, figure out what’s actually causing it, and explain the repair clearly to the homeowner without trying to oversell the job.
