Mario and his crew, were great to work with, they were professional, punctual, and did quality work. Ricardo, was very precise in his craft, he measured twice, cut once. All of the guys were polite, hard workers, they arrived early, put in a full days work. Always cleaned up before leaving. I replaced the carpet in my entire house with LVP flooring, and replaced the original 3 inch baseboards to 5 inch. The floors look amazing K & J was fair pricing, and the flooring selection was the best in my opinion. I got four quotes, K & J Flooring was the best by far. My house in total 1897 Sq Ft, qoutes were between $9K to 30K, and other codidn't offer as much as K & J. K&J, moved furniture and put it back moved appliances, and toilets, they would've reinstalled my new toilets, other companies wouldn't, move furniture, appliances, toilets, or change out the baseboards to five inch boards. K&J was not the cheapest, but was not the most expensive. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of work was deserving of every of every dollar spent. At the end Mario made sure I was satisfied, there were areas I requested additional caulking, and he scheduled a day to come and touch up the areas with additional caulk to satisfaction. My neighbor came as the floors were being installed, she requested a qoute, had her floors done the next week. Her daughter like the work done, now she's getting her bathroom done. Mario, his wife and the remainder of the team were extremely professional. They went far above and beyond to install flooring almost immediately (within 48 hours), which is unheard of! The team went above and beyond to remove all items, install/correct issues on the spot and even match trim (without prompting). They even helped me take care of a door issue unrelated to the flooring install; which was a LIFESAVER! I would highly recommend their team, the work and most of all the friendliness of the entire team. They were extremely respectful. Couldn't rate them more highly!

Mario and Doris with K&J Flooring were excellent. They replaced the old glue down laminate and carpet with LVT in one of my rentals. After visiting the property, they increased the bid, but it was reasonable due to more work for demo and leveling. Mario picked up the LVT at F&D for me, used the exact amount based on their estimated square footage, and completed the demo, leveling, and install of LVT and quarter round trim in 2 days. Later in the week, K&J flooring returned to install 4 new transition strips at no cost to finish the job. Very pleased with their work, floors look beautiful!
