We have been in the flooring industry for over 20 years. We started our business in Long Island, NY working with clients from the Hamptons to NYC and then decided to come down to Houston and bring our extensive knowledge and expertise.
As the owner of the company, I show up for every estimate and job to ensure the work is done to my satisfaction. If a client has specific time constraints or needs to remain in the home during a refinish job, I adjust the timing to ensure they are able to come home every day. Our customers are a part of our extended family and provide recommendations to their family and friends so it is important to us to provide top quality work at the lowest cost.

Average pricing is as follows but requires grr in home estimates:
Buff and coat with polyurethane sealer in an empty rooms is .50 cents per SF. Furniture moving extra
Refinishing floors coats are:
1.75 per sf for sand, refinish with 3 coats polyurethane natural wood
2.50 - 3.00 per sf for sand, stain and refinish with 3 coats of polyurethane finish. Stain color of your choice
Stair treads $30 each.Repairs require in home estimate to determine scope of work. Scratches and scuffs may just need to buffed out and floor are recoated.
Installations are:
Labor only is as follows laminate and wood flooring:
1.50 per sq ft for labor on a nail down or floating floor install
2.50 per sq ft for labor on a glue down floor install
Repairs require in home estimate. Stairs require in home free estimate to determine needs and scope of work but average about 25.00 per step for sand and finish. Install depends on type of wood selected approx 100.00 for oak install included
20 cents per square foot for carpet, foam and tackless removal
