Tiffany is very welcoming, patient and friendly not to mention knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable while walking me through the various yoga poses and kept me at ease the whole session. I look forward to having future sessions with her.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices start at $45/week for nutritional consultation. Short term programs address the purpose of the initial visit. There are a lot of gains within the first 1-2 weeks and even more changes in those first 2-3 months. 1 - 3 month programs are considered short term programs. Long term programs address more complicated issues and take more time for the healing effect. 6 month and 9 month programs are considered long term programs. 1 Yoga Class session starts at $65 for privates. Free 20 minute online discovery sessions via zoom are available to see if the program is right for you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will have an investigative and evaluative consultation session to create a bio-individual and customized nutrition or yoga program for you! To investigate the root of your health concerns I will: • Gather information through talking and conversation. This is sometimes an area of the consultation process that some people are unfamiliar with. Normally in the traditional Healthcare setting you may have been used to a very limited amount of time to tell your story. I will set aside approximately 60 minutes for our initial interview. • I will review your food journal. For example, I would look into your dietary information to determine what kinds of foods and what kind of eating patterns maybe being a detriment to your current health status. • Through functional evaluation tests and lingual neural testing, I will look for signs of deficiency and dysfunction in the body. • We will then create a plan for nutritional recommendations. This is where we will work together to make goals where I can help you transition dietary changes, perhaps add some supplemental protocol, and lifestyle changes to help you toward achievement of your health goals. Follow up Sessions: I feel that one of the most important steps in the program is the follow-up sessions. This is how I will monitor and track the progress of the goals we set forth in the plan. I would like to be there for you to help you track your progress towards those goals, and continuously working to see how you can achieve greater health and perhaps get rid of some of those other nagging signs and symptoms of your health that you've had for a long time.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner by the Nutritional Therapy Association. Certified through Yoga Teacher College in Yoga Trapeze Teacher, Yoga Breath Coach, Gravity Yoga Teacher, and Vinyasa Ashtanga.
