Hired on Thumbtack

I engaged with Robert thru Thumbtack and frankly was little apprehensive, but once he showed up at our our he gave so much confidence thru his knowledge and understanding of the home security systems that we hired him right away. He replaced old camera, installed all the new cameras, programmed them well and got us a very nice and updated working system. He went out of his way to help connect some of the home routers. Robert is very nice personality, extremely knowledgeable and a person with a smile. Strongly recommend him.

Professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The security camera installation was clean and neatly done, and everything works perfectly. He took the time to explain how to use the system and made sure I was comfortable with it before leaving. Highly recommend!

Robert was great and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and knew how to test and troubleshoot my cameras so they were working correctly. I appreciate that he was very accommodating to our requests inside the house. Very professional and respectful. Will be reaching out to him later for future projects.

Hired on Thumbtack

I reached out to this company for a camera system after I had already installed two cameras myself, with the wires exposed on the roof. I still needed two more cameras installed and the whole system cleaned up and set up properly.

Roberto came out for the consultation and had no problem taking on the project even though I had already started it. The consultation was very thorough — he took notes, pictures, and walked the property with me while I explained what I needed.

Within two days he sent a full quote, and it was extremely competitive — about 60% less than other companies I had contacted. Some of the others were actually charging more because I had already installed two cameras.

On the day of installation he showed up on time and was very flexible when I asked to move the NVR location from what we originally planned. He and his assistant replaced the exposed wiring with proper outdoor cable, routed everything cleanly through the attic, and brought the wires exactly where I wanted the NVR.

They worked about 8 hours, quietly and professionally, and the final result looked great.

He also helped mount a few heavy items on the wall, which wasn’t even part of the original job. We’re now planning a second visit to install a home sound system, convert my battery doorbell to a wired one, and clean up some internet wiring.

Roberto clearly knows security systems, networking, and home electronics very well.

Highly recommended.

Robert showed up on time and handled the installation and configuration of my security cameras with obvious experience and attention to detail. Everything works exactly as it should, and he took the time to ensure it was done right. Very polite and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.
