I'm a licensed and certified professional home inspector, which is the highest level achievable in the state of Texas. I have over 7 years of experience in the home building, remodelling and inspection business. I specialize in forensic inspections that pinpoint the source of foundation and framing problems. I'm experienced in wind storm inspections for compliance with the Texas Department of Insurance. All of my inspections are performed in compliance with the standards of practice established by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). I'm a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). I subscribe and adhere to NACHI code of ethics. I fulfil a minimum of 24 hrs. of continuing education each year. I am E&O insured. I own and use high-tech equipment on each inspection. I will produce your easy-to-read, full-color report within 24 hours of the inspection. I exercise honesty and integrity with every inspection.
