Homesmith Home Inspections is a locally owned home inspection business based in Houston, Texas. We are also licensed termite inspectors and licensed and registered accessibility specialists (ADA) inspectors. What makes us different is that we are "old school". it is just as important (to us) to provide value and great service to our clients as it is to make a pay check. It is a pride thing that we take seriously. It's how we operate. The bottom line is, we are here to help. Another thing that makes us stand out is the fact that we include a free infrared scan with all of our inpections. Many other inspectors charge a fee (usually $100.00) for this service. We are also one of the handful of inspectors who have taken the time and put in the effort to take (and pass) the State of Texas Mold Inspectors exam. This knowledge gives us a step up over our competition when dealing with mold/moisture issues.
