- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the property size, age, and additional services requested. I provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and bundled services may help reduce overall costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the property and answer any questions about the inspection. After scheduling, I perform a detailed inspection of the home and provide a same-day digital report with photos, findings, and recommendations. Clients are always welcome to contact me with follow-up questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Texas Licensed Professional Home Inspector. I also hold FAA Remote Pilot certification for drone inspections, Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification and WDI technician certification. My background includes engineering and extensive inspection training.
