- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My initial estimate only includes the description of the project request. Anything not discussed on this estimate will incur extra service(s) fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear the customer's needs, goals & expectations. For instance, if the customer needs to clean out his/her Garage and/or needs to get rid of clutter and remove such items. If these items are trash or can be donated, etc. Same with bedroom closets, storage rooms and children's rooms. If the client wishes to donate household items and does not want to deal with the time that it is involved to take such items to a charity. I can take those donations to the charity of my choice in the area of Katy, TX.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised by a single mother who supported my brother and I with her housekeeping salary. Additionally, after thirteen years of being a stay at home parent, I experienced how overwhelmed one can get with the amount of unfinished chores & tasks that fill our daily TO-DO and HONEY-DO lists.
