- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently, we price each job on a case by case basis tailored to the special cleaning needs of the client and the size and use of the home. We service large homes where the owners have transitioned from family rearing to empty nesting. Our prices are adjusted accordingly depending on the areas of the home used most frequently making the service more economical.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client is interested in taking the next step after reviewing the initial quote, I like to follow up with a phone call to clarify expectations on what the client desires and the work we typically do for the amount quoted. Once we arrive at the home, we review in greater detail the scope of the work and come to a clear understanding before work begins. Once the work is completed, we do a final walk through, if possible, to make sure our client is 100% satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this industry, experience is the best teacher. I have been cleaning homes for family and friends for the past six years in Katy, Cypress, Tomball, Cinco Ranch, Sugar Land, Richmond, River Oaks, The Woodlands, Memorial and West University. I believe it is important to be environmentally conscious so we use Eco friendly products upon request.
