One flat price per clean, set by your bedrooms and bathrooms. Never hourly. Deep and move-out cleans cost more for the extra detail work. Weekly and every-2-week visits get a lower per-visit rate. Add-ons like inside the fridge, oven or cabinets are flat extras. No sales tax added.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us your home size, ZIP and the clean you want. We confirm a flat price and your first open days within the hour. Your cleaner follows a written room-by-room checklist, and we let you know when the clean is done. If we missed anything, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every cleaner trains on our written checklist before their first home, and each clean is checked against it. Our systems come from years of running cleaning operations.
