Very good service the ladies came about 30 min earlier than expected I showed them around and they were ready.. I love how you can contact the manager if there’s any problem. He literally sends the cleaners out with no additional Charge.

My take away from the Lawn Care I got from this Service isn’t the best. From Beginning to end communication amongst themselves feels like an after thought. They come to look at my residence. I ask for a leaf pick up, Bush Removal, Power Washing, with Mowing and Edging. They survey my Lot and give me a price. I agree to the price. They removed one of 10 bushes, then trimmed 4 of them. I talked with a rep they say one thing. I talked to the actual Landscaper, and they say something completely different. Mind you this Job took 4 days. The reasoning is because they have one person doing it all, for majority of the time. I ask them to deal with me personally, and not to bother my wife that works from Home. They insist on knocking on the door and disturbing her meetings, when I gave them my mobile number. At the end I paid the price that was given for the service, and it wasn’t done completely. I was told a few times that the leaves were picked up, I then sent them a screenshot of my Ring Camera to confirm the leaves were in the same place. While trying to collect payment, then afterward retracted the statement. They left debris on my neighbor’s driveway. I’ve learned my lesson with this experience. I won’t be using them again.

We ask for a small deposit when booking to confirm your time and date. The appointment date and time can be changed in advance if there’s any need. We offer reasonable market pricing to ensure our cleaners provide the best quality of service for our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to find a solution for my customers needs and give them the he highest quality possible ensuring we can work together in the long run. I make sure all of my clients are happy and satisfied with any service we provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All cleaners have 2 yrs of housecleaning experience with monthly touch ups on new cleaning techniques.
