- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ask for a small deposit when booking to confirm your time and date. The appointment date and time can be changed in advance if there’s any need. We offer reasonable market pricing to ensure our cleaners provide the best quality of service for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to find a solution for my customers needs and give them the he highest quality possible ensuring we can work together in the long run. I make sure all of my clients are happy and satisfied with any service we provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All cleaners have 2 yrs of housecleaning experience with monthly touch ups on new cleaning techniques.
