- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so pricing depends on the scope, size, complexity, and level of design support required. I offer an initial design consultation, and after learning more about your project, I’ll clearly explain the recommended services and associated design fees before work begins. My goal is to keep pricing and expectations transparent throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an initial consultation to understand your space, lifestyle, design preferences, priorities, budget, and timeline. From there, I develop the design direction and guide you through space planning, colors, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, décor, and sourcing as needed. Once selections are approved, we move into implementation and final styling to bring the vision together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Diploma in Interior Design through Open College Network UK. My training covered key areas of interior design, including space planning, color, materials, furniture and décor selection, and developing cohesive design concepts. I also have a background in Accounting, which brings an organized and detail-oriented approach to managing projects and budgets.
