- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the specific scope of work, surface condition, materials, and project size. We provide clear, detailed estimates with no hidden fees. In some cases, we may offer discounts for larger projects, repeat customers, or combined services. Any additional work requested after the original estimate is always discussed and approved in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and professional. We start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and timeline. Then we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the project, take measurements, and review colors or finishes if needed. After that, we provide a clear written estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the work with attention to detail, and finish with a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial painting, which has been my strongest form of education. In addition, I’ve completed professional training in surface preparation, color theory, paint application techniques, and safety procedures. My team and I stay up to date with the latest industry products and methods to ensure top-quality results in every project. This combination of real-world experience and continuous learning allows us to deliver excellent craftsmanship with a high standard of professionalism.
