FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with understanding what the customer wants to accomplish. I review pictures, project details, measurements, or inspiration ideas, and then schedule a time to see the property when needed. From there, I discuss layout options, materials, priorities, and budget so I can recommend the best approach. After that, I provide a clear quote outlining the scope of work, and once everything is approved, we schedule the project and keep communication open throughout the process from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background comes from real hands-on experience, project planning, and years of being involved in outdoor construction and landscaping work. I have developed practical knowledge in pavers, concrete, drainage, turf, grading, and layout planning through field experience and working directly with customers on a wide range of projects. Being part of a family that has been in landscaping for over 30 years has also given me valuable insight into proven methods, quality standards, and how to approach projects the right way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family that has been in landscaping for over 30 years, so this type of work has been around me for a long time. I did not originally plan on getting into the industry myself, but once I did, I realized how much I enjoy the process. For me, it is more than just selling a job — it is about helping plan the project, staying organized, solving problems, and seeing everything come to life from start to finish. I take pride in helping customers turn ideas into something real that adds beauty and value to their property
