Tony provide work coaching services for me with my career. I had some challenges at work I couldn't overcome. I wasn't sure if I would stay or if I needed to find another job. Tony worked with me to overcome the challenges and I have been working on improving my soft skills through his coaching. We even developed a career growth plan for me. I wasn't sure how I would like work coaching but it has been great so far and recommend others try it out.

Tony and Troy provided resume services for me about 3 months ago. They helped me design a professional resume with a cover letter that I was impressed with. They were very helpful and spent more time then I expected to get it right. I decided to go with their professional presence service as well and they helped me revamp my social sites to make sure I was putting my best foot forward. We provide discounts for active and retired military. We run promotional offers on our Facebook Page and Website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a 30-minute consultation meeting to review the services that are being requested. A service or coaching plan is developed and we talk about next engagement steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several coaches with decades of industry experience coaching and leading. We have provided coaching and resume services to hundreds of clients over the years. Coaching is our passion and we enjoy every new opportunity to help someone become inspired.
