Keyonte at Wackokids moved a new Matress from Calumet City Illinois to Galloway Ohio. Best first time experience EVER!!!! For starters he wrapped it tightly in plastic to prevent any damage. The service was extremely reasonably priced. The communications between us were excellent. I was informed of everything that was happening during the trip. Keyonte was very pleased and eager to do the job. I felt very comfortable and confident about his ability to get the job done. I didn't know that this type of company even existed, moving furniture from state to state and again the price was very reasonable. When Keyonte arrived, he gave me his credentials and showed me the truck. He was pleasant, professional and polite. I felt confident about everything. When he was done wrapping the mattress I asked him could he take an upright freezer to the alley for $20, he declined the money and did it for free, Wowww!!!! wasn't expecting that. He is very strong he carried the Matress to the truck and the freezer to the alley alone. The dispatcher Tajuana Williams was extremely helpful in communicating the details of the move in real time. I really appreciate that, she called me throughout the process. Once the Matress arrived in Ohio, my sister was just as impressed as I. I'm so happy I found Wackokids on Uship, impressed by their ability to make it happen from state to state. For expert transport, Wackokids hands down the BEST!!!

I needed to move a commercial oven weighing over 3000 pounds. I contacted many moving companies, but no one dared to take on the job. Big companies were willing, but their fees were too high! Luckily, I found these guys who agreed to help. At first, I was really worried they couldn’t handle it since it was my first time hiring them. But they surprised me greatly! They were extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Most importantly, they were very careful when moving my oven out, as I had a narrow glass door and was afraid they might accidentally break it. But they handled everything with extreme care, safely moving the oven through the doorway without any problems. The gentleman was strong and health-conscious—when I offered them soda, they politely declined and asked for water instead. Haha! He was a really nice guy, and the price was reasonable as well. I’ll definitely ask for their help again next time! Big thanks to Keyonte for solving my problem!
