I spent my entire life hands-on renovating property and enjoy helping people make great decisions when it comes to property. I also find great satisfaction in helping to locate issues that could potentially be harmful (such as mold). We are one of only a few State Licensed Professional Home Inspectors in the area that can also perform mold inspections and state certifications. Licensed Home Inspectors, Mold Assessment Consultant, Certified Applicator, Certified Moisture Intrusion Specialist, Certified Commercial Inspector, and Certified Roof Data Technician. We walk every roof possible, which is the only way to really see underlayment and other issues. We include thermal imaging, sub surface moisture readings for leaks and measuring the foundation for settlement with high tech equipment. We also include sprinkler systems for no charge. Over 35 years of hands-on residential and commercial construction experience. Fully wrapped trucks loaded with high tech tools, uniformed inspectors and fully insured including workers compensation. In depth reports with photos and video delivered same day. We take our time and are available for free consultations post inspection.

we needed an inspection because one of the tenants complained about mold and was scared of what it could be. Mike responded quickly to the quotes and to the questions I had and he was able to accommodate us for the next day due to the urgency of the request. I was not able to be at the appointment while he took the samples. He noted mold on another site so he took a 3rd sample which costed an additional 45$, but otherwise everything turned out to be what we had arranged over the phone. The report and lab results were issued a week later (as expected) and he added recommendations on how it should be cleaned. Please note the report is a standard report, you can probably ask what a typical one looks like before you schedule the service. I am happy he took the time to explain the results, potential consequences and educate me and my tenant on mold.
