I really liked their services. These guys are very hardworking and polite. We had a hiccup in the beginning when Tubo and his crew arrived in a Toyota Camry but it was due to miscommunication between the manager and crew. However, Tubo quickly resolved it on the spot by providing me a flat rate instead and brought the pickup truck within 45 mins as promised. We moved from a second floor apartment to another second floor apartment within the same community and it was very exhausting as you can imagine. These guys were very considerate and did everything to our liking. They moved everything including boxes, suitcases, furniture and even small items with care. The move included disassembly and assembly of our queen bed and dining table as well which they did without any problem. They kept working till everything was shifted and placed at it's location decided by my wife. She was very happy given that we have a 4 month old who was not liking this whole moving exercise. Few tips that will come handy when moving with these guys: 1. Communicate with manager via Thumbtack/email and phone as well to confirm what's agreed upon. They don't provide you a regular 20 feet truck if you move within the same community instead they bring a pickup truck which i believe is not very efficient since they will have to make multiple trips to haul your stuff. Request a regular size truck to avoid multiple trips. 2. Have a drill (if possible) because they didn't have the drill and took longer than expected to disassemble/assemble the furniture. Apart from the above two things everything else was top notch. Their attitude, professionalism and politeness were evident from the moment they began the move and they kept it like that till they were finished. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call again when i need to move.

BEST MOVERS I'VE EVER HIRED! The guys were super hardworking, fast, helpful, and kind. They also planned very well and organized our furniture and equipment so that we could take it all in 1 trip (unlike the last movers who needed 2 trips). The best part is all our items are intact with no tears, dents, or cracks. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. SUPERB SERVICE!
