Introduction: My focus is to provide nutrition coaching and/or personal training to help clients achieve weight loss, muscle gain, or improve athletic performance, and overall health & wellness. I’m a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, personal trainer, martial arts instructor, and NFPT certified personal trainer . I’m Houston based but if you’re out of town I can do online nutrition coaching. I provide education on not only how to eat & workout but also what’s best for your lifestyle. I’m trained in a couple martial arts; Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing. I currently teach Jiu Jitsu to kids, teens, and adults in classes and one-on-one sessions. I do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or any type of insurance.
