- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible with my pricing and will help the brides and their budget as much as possible The prices given is just an estimate. I would love to chat more to give you a more accurate quote depending on the services you need. I also offer payment options as well💕
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with them as much as possible. I reach out to them along the way before our meetings and during the process to make sure things are going as planned and help if needed. I also have a list of recommended vendors I will email to help you get started😁 I will create a timeline and floor plan which then be emailed to all vendors.
