I’ve dedicated over a decade to Personal Training so I may provide an unparalleled quality of service for my clients. I’ve worked with almost every type of population over the last 12 years as a trainer. I am also the only personal trainer on Thumbtack with a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and my level of service supports my education and background in the field. I’ve worked within large health clubs throughout my career and have recently started my own personal training business after building a solid foundation of wonderful clientele. Ryan is wonderful. My biggest obstacle before committing to personal training was excuses. It’s expensive, I don’t have the time, I do not have any idea where I would start. Once I decided I had to begin investing in myself and I would have to really commit to the investment everything else fell into place. Ryan is amazing with explaining in detail the plan he has set. We meet weekly to go over diet and during exercise (Which I currently do four days a week) he makes sure to explain why we are doing the exercise and what the benefits are of the specified exercise. Through his plan he has set out for me I have already lost 20 pounds in the short 5 weeks that I have been with him. His gym is ALWAYS super clean, (I have never been to a gym that was this clean) and it is a very friendly environment with a lot of supportive people. There is no doubt how committed Ryan is to his clients and I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a personal trainer.

Ryan was my personal trainer for 2 years. I started with him after I had my son. Ryan was very knowledge about various exercises after pregnancy. He was very motivating and pushed me to always do my best. I came to him completely unhappy about my body shape. He listened to my concerns and together we developed a plan for my success. I'd still be training with Ryan today, but unfortunately I had to move out of the area. He is without a doubt, one of the best!

Amazing trainer!! I have been going to Ryan for months. I love how he personalizes workouts. I have repetitive stress injury with my wrists and elbow so this limits me from burpees, push ups and chair dips etc. Ryan took this into consideration for all of our sessions creatively so that I would still get results. I feel stronger and more toned. He is personable and flexible. Taking a little break for personal issues but will be back ASAP. Thanks Ryan for all you do!

Ryan is an amazing trainer. He genuinely cares about your wellbeing and goals. He explains everything, works with everyone’s limitations & provides exercises and modifications that help. He switches exercises up so you’re always challenging yourself & learning.

I have been training with Ryan for the last couple of years and have benefited greatly. He was referred to me by my son who was my prior trainer, my son told me I would be in good hands with Ryan. His attention to the physical training as well as dietary, general health and balance issues have helped me a great deal. Ryan is a personal trainer with an extensive knowledge of health and nutrition that will satisfy the overall needs of most clients.
